Refund policy

<p>We want you and your little one to love your My First Words talking cards. If you're not completely happy, we offer a <strong>30-day money-back guarantee</strong>.</p>
<h2>30-day returns</h2>
<p>You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused or gently used, with all cards, the device and charging cable, and in its original packaging where possible. Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.</p>
<h2>How to start a return</h2>
<p>Email us at <a href="mailto:info@myfirst-words.com">info@myfirst-words.com</a> with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.</p>
<h2>Refunds</h2>
<p>Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.</p>
<h2>Damaged, faulty or incorrect items</h2>
<p>Please check your order on arrival and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or fully refunded, including return postage.</p>
<h2>Return shipping</h2>
<p>Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.</p>
